Issue an invoice

Before you start

You need a Raccord installation, an authorised account and fictional or test data. This guide follows the sequence demonstrated by the browser test; control labels can change between versions.

    Open your installation and sign in.

    Register a test customer.
  3. 03
    Create a project and add one billable work line.
  4. 04
    Prepare the draft and confirm its details before issuing it.
  5. 05
    Open the issued invoice and choose “Download PDF”.
  6. 06
    Check that the downloaded file ends in .pdf and keep the operation record.
